What a USCG Master's license is good for?
Back in the old days . . .pre canal giveaway days that is . . you could be
an Any Ocean, Any Tonnage Masters License from the Panama Government for about $100 including mordida. Used to have one right in betwen my PHD in Metaphysics and PHD in Religious Studies from the Universal Life Church. I don't know about the ULC but I bet the only difference in Panama is the size of the bite! MST |
