Health status progress report.

Dear Group,

We must take care of our yachts and we must also take
care of our bodies so we can enjoy our yachts.

While Booby is a fatso - pale, hyoglycemic, diabetic and
weak. I've taken charge of my health and gotten my weight
back under control. I fit as a fiddle and strong as an ox.
I could wring Booby's geeky pencil neck with one hand
tied behind my back.

Earlier this summer I weighed 197 pounds one day at the
scale in the supermarket. I was drinking about a twelve
pack of Natural Lights a day and consuming entire
rotiseried chickens with a pound of potato salad and
a pound of slaw and a half a loaf of Cuban bread at
a meal. What a digusting lard ass! Why I was developing
tits like that seen on Horvath. It must have been all
those hormones they put into chickens these days!

Well, I cut out all the excess and put myself
on a 500 calorie per day diet consisting mostly of
fresh fruit along with five or six ounces of turkey
breast or chicken breast. Instead of beer I started
drinking no calorie, no sodium seltzer water and all
of it I could stand. (3-4 liters a day). I combined
this with riding my bike 20-30 miles per day and
some calisthenics.

Today on the same scale I weighed in at 173 pounds
and my blood pressure measured 102/69. This
down from 140/93. I'm staying on this diet until
I weigh in at 160 pounds which is what I weighed
when I was in the Army fighting the Gooks over
30 years ago.

You people here could learn from me - more than just
how to take care of and sail a fine yacht - you could
learn how to take care of yourself.

Stop the madness with all the lazy pill-taking instead
of doing something about the root cause of your maladies.
Get off your recliners, turn off the tube, get some exercise
and go sailing. Miserable wretches that you are.

Wow, what a loser. At least I can say my weight gain resulted in a long term
illness. Even when I was overweight I never did the damage you did.
You may, if lucky get another few years of reasonable lifespan, then it's over.
I'm 40, fit, fast and fun!
You're old, lame and wrinkled like a prune!

What illness is that? Diabetes? Dunlop disease (you know, my belly
dun lopped over my belt!), or maybe even bulemia?

You sound happy that you got fat and developed a disease. Weird!

Sorry to hear it.

Good luck on getting it unblocked but actually one
kidney in good working order is enough to keep
a body healthy. What do you have, big kidney stones
blocking up the tubes? If so get them outta there
quick because too much pressure in the kidneys
can damage them permanently.

My cat had a blocked urethra and had 2/3 liter
of urine in his swollen bladder. The vet had to put a
catheter in to drain the bladder and they tested for
kidney damage but found none, thankfully.

Get well soon so you can come back here and
bother us.

Simon they put a stint in me, I go for surgery in a couple of months
but I find it hard to sit in front of the "puter". I have been checking

They might be able to "walk out" the obstruction with a balloon catheter.
Otherwise ultrasound may be in order.

Excessive sun and chronic dehydration lead to kidney stones.

How all goes well.
