launching HELP
I have a 21' fixed keel that is very difficult to launch at most of the
ramps in my area. Obviously it is difficult getting back far enough to float my boat off. What do most of you do to launch? Am i stuck berthing? has anyone used the chain method? any other suggestions will be most appreciated Bill |

I've seen an extension for the hitch... extends it several more feet.
A quick google on "trailer hitch extension" gave this among many: http://www.xtend-a-hitchnorthwest.com/ "Bill Stanton" wrote in message . .. I don't think you're going to have much luck with a 21 foot keel...

At mine, all members get free use of the hoist. If you don't want to pay for a dock, there's always rack-and-launch. Hero@Horvath I don't spend my money on food. I spend most of my money on women, porn, booze, and recreation. The rest of it I just waste. |

Horass, even with a 100 ton hoist your club's hoist wouldn't be
able to lift you and your hunter out of the water. You weigh too much! lose weight now! "Horvath" wrote in message ...
