With respect... I've been there. And, you're right it. That
doesn't negate the effects of the Gate.

Many of the derelicts are still there. Now, they're respectable.

Jon,

I was there (Sausalito) when it was a Hippie Haven. More derelict boat
population than I've ever seen. It was colorful!

Are there more derelicts in Sausalito than in Tiburon and/or Richmond? A few
years back we daysailed out of those places, and there was a flock of cruddy
old junk boats littering the harbor, many of them in the channel. Maybe
Arnold will blast them out of the way for us, now?

Many more in Sausalito... Richardson Bay. The CG
pretty much keeps on top of it, but some linger for
months in a half-floating/half-sinking state.
