Poor Loco!!!
And, this is in Sausalito,
which is about the best possible place to have a boat. I was there once. What a great place. S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" Trains are a winter sport |

Besides being beautiful, it has almost instant access to the
North Bay and the Golden Gate. And to think it used to be a run-down fishing village..... "SAIL LOCO" wrote in message ... And, this is in Sausalito, which is about the best possible place to have a boat. I was there once. What a great place. S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" Trains are a winter sport |

You pay by slip capacity rather then boat length? You're getting hosed. I pay the same price unless I exceed 40 feet. I pay 1K less than any non-slip owner here, because Anthony gives me the slip at cost. The only other fee I pay is 150 for electric/water. The cost? 2450 per season. The cost of a slip through the club? 3350 + 250 for services. Getting the 36 will only cost us $140 more for land storage. If tomorrow goes well and we come to an agreement we'll be sailing for free again anyway. RB I'm married into an Irish-Catholic family, but I've yet to meet anyone with a gift for the Blarney to match yours! I'm starting to wonder who was the mentor, you or Jax? Cheers Marty |

For what? Parking problems? Marina facilities? Cruising area? You do
really need to get out and about. Cheers MC SAIL LOCO wrote: And, this is in Sausalito, which is about the best possible place to have a boat. I was there once. What a great place. S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" Trains are a winter sport |

I've sailed under it several times. What's so great I'm there for the
sailing not for gazing at rusting steel! Cheers MC Jonathan Ganz wrote: Not the GG. If you haven't seen it, you can't appreciate it. "The_navigator©" wrote in message ... Jon,
I was there (Sausalito) when it was a Hippie Haven. More derelict boat population than I've ever seen. It was colorful! Ole Thom |
