AutoWeek did a review of a turnkey car that's being produced locally. 600
hp. IIRC, they said it wasn't too difficult to drive once you got past the launch part, and it still seemed to handle fairly well. John Cairns "SAIL LOCO" wrote in message ... I've met the guy who makes those Focus kits and seen the car. The really unusual and great part of the thing is to do the conversion with his kit it requires no welding. Pretty rare for this big a project. I would imagine if you went all out on a motor it would be like driving a funny car. I'd rather build a quality Cobra replica.
