have exactly nine virtues. And this is because of the meaning of the
digit/number nine. Remember Odin's nine nights, the nine worlds etc.
There is a reason why many things refer to nine and so there must be
a reason why we all talk of nine virtues.


True, but just because there are Nine Worlds does not mean there exist
only Nine Virtues.
It's a bit like Newton claiming a mystical seven colours in the
spectrum by adding Indigo.

The alleged colour "Indigo" is the same shade as the cloth that made
the emperor's new clothes.
