Apparently they thought I had screwed up.... they ignored the measurements
I sent.

Well I had done business with them for an overhaul and restitching for 2
seasons prior.... They didn't realize there was over 60 boats in
Yellowknife and no loft. I heard that both UK & North make regular trips up
there now.
