I'm not a fat hog, at least. You may be a little overweight but
you don't look all that out of control. Mike, on the other hand,
looks like he weighs close to 300 pounds or more. He is not
going to last much longer if he doesn't lose a hundred pounds
or more.

As for me, I'm 70" in height and weigh 170lbs. According
to the new BMI scale even I am on the upper end of a normal
weight for my height. All considered, though, you would have
to catch me before you could lay a limp-wristed hand on me
and you would find that very difficult as I can still run a four and
a half minute mile. I run a 10k race in under an hour and I can
swim a mile in under fifteen minutes. I can also do a hundred
miles on my road bike in about five miles. You would not
have a chance against me in any contest except weight lifting
etc. where your size would give you an advantage.

That four and a half minute is most likely bull s$%t. That would make you
world class for your age. I doubt you could match my time at a little under
7 minutes a mile, and my speed is certianly not world class.
