The gentleman's rules of engagement are that the person who has been
challenged sets the place and time.

100% a lie. American, French and british codes of honor all dictate AGREED time
of engagement. A gentleman is not rigid, nor does he rush an engagement in
hopes that the challenger won't have time to prepare.
If you check with Marc, you'll find that I was unable to join him aboard his
Freedom 36 because of a funeral on Saturday. Even if I was free, I would have
been aboard that boat, rather than on the sound.
Sorry. You haven't a leg to stand on. You've been given a fair and reasonable
time-frame. I'm not rushing you and will accept alternate sugestions that will
be mutually convienient. There's plenty of time left in the season.

Hey a 36ft-er WTG, I plan on buying ours at least 35-40 ft
we were planning to buy a new one?.... I have learned that our first

should be a used one... so we are looking for a nice used late model,
Clearwater FL is a harvest of used boats -- we are looking right now.

You sound like an even bigger coward than Bobadil. Then again, many
here strongly suspect that you ARE Bobadil, so your posts don't carry
any weight.

Why would anyone but a coward name their boat "punk"?

Meanwhile, associating yourself with Bobadil is not gaining you cred
with anybody here.

By the way, the boat in the picture is not yours. Whoever owns it
spells his name marK, not marC.

What a coward and FRAUD!

You two are a matched pair of embarrassments to sailing, New York, and
REAL men everywhere.

Freedom 36...very nice boat.
C&C 32...very nice boat.

C&C 27....bwahahahaha! And that's the boat you WANTED!

And THAT's the bottom line about Binary Jane's frustration!

Maybe Arnie can work out a trade when he gets elected. You move east,
and Bobadil moves west. I'm sure there would be no resistance to this
deal from New Yorkers. They would probably even throw in Marc, the
Cowardly Fraud.

After I told Billy Jane I could outsail him with Genoa alone, he

quickly
offered up a 48 hour notice date and avoided all of my alternates.
So now...I offer him a REAL challenge. This coming weekend we'll be

sailing out
to Oyster bay late in the day, perhaps both days, mostly to swim.

Plenty
of
time.
OR. The following weekend, we plan to take a short trip to the Thimble

Islands.
Again, I've giving reasonable notice. If it's a horrible downpour, I'll
understand if he wants to leave his daysailor home.
If the next two weekends are not good for Jane, I'm planning a couple

of
other
trips. I'll take pics to back up that I was there and a pic of my radio

to
show
it was on!
I'll pass his 27 foot tortoise flying my 150% genoa alone. He can run

his
motor
an I'll still pass him.

I'm glad that somebody remembers the truth. Still, it doesn't really matter
any more.

Have you seen the recently posted swansong? It included the longest
"bwahaha....." etc that I've ever seen.

I've saved it away for future use!

The truth is Bertie was invited as an eggspurt on things aviation when
our long departed (or did he slink away) Jocks was proudly proclaiming
his superior knowledge og flight and the heavens.

The others arrived at the behest of others who taunted them in their
own home till they broke out and attacked asa.

Now those same are complaining about X postings.

I'm gobsmacked at your ignorance!

I warned the group when *you* first invited the Bunyip in. Your dislike of
Jax seemed to have gotten the better of you. Once he was here, it was only
a matter of time before the invasion occurred - because that is the way that
these inadequate people operate. If they are unable to cause disruption
using their own intellectual abilities, then they use cross postings to
invite other loons into the discussion.

Jax may have irritated me, he even tried (unsucessfully) to complain to my
ISP about me. However, life is such, and I didn't have a problem with
that. Why did you find his behaviour so difficult to deal with? Why did
you feel the need to bring in outsiders?
