FS: Irwin 23 "LIFO" with trailer
 

For Sale-
1973 Irwin 23 "LIFO". She has been in my family snce 1979, sailed
only in fresh water, and stored indoors in winter. She shows her
age, but has a solid deck and hull, good rigging, and is in good overall
condition
and ready to sail away. She is currently in the water
on Lake Champlain in Shelburne, Vermont. Previously she sailed Green
Bay and Lake Michigan.

Harken Roller Reefing with new (1999) 150% genoa, storm jib,
Spinnaker, Main, 4HP Mercury OB, VHF (needs atenna mast), Loran (hand
held) newly upholstered interior cushions, nice vinyl covered cockpit
