You are not expecting too much but with the
dumbing down of sailing so every cripple,
mental midget, sensory impaired and irresponsible
lubber can exercise his "right" to go sailing it is an
expected result that certificates are issued that mean
nothing except the holder has attended a course
that is tailored to the lowest common denominator.

It is not politically correct to deny anyone who wishes
to sail a certificate saying he is competent to sail.
Why it might hurt someone's feelings to be told he
has not qualified so just hand out certificates to
anyone who shows up to a course. This is how
liberalism works when applied to education.

You cannot create a situation by liberalism and
political correctness and then whine about the
adverse consequences of it. You must reject
liberalism and political correctness if you are
not willing to live with the consequences.

The truth is that none of you flaming imbeciles understand the real problem
of why most of the world hate your guts! If you take just one person from
one of the 50 or so countries that you have bombed since the second world
war, one of the tens of thousands of innocent civilians that have perished
due to an American - say that person was a father or a mother or a brother
or a sister to someone, don't you think its vaguely conceivable that there
family and friends may want revenge for an attack that they didn't deserve?
Well that's the real problem, America is the big cog in the cycle of
violence around the World.

I am not a terrorist, you can believe that if it makes you feel better, I
hate the killing that goes on, what gets up mine and many other peoples
noses is pathetic runts like you whimpering about terrorist acts. You funded
years of it in my own country here, you go round the world killing and
maiming poor and innocent people around the world and then you cant get a
grip on life when someone decides to have a go back. America is the
playground bully and when someone fights back you all turn in to a class of
snivelling pre-pubescent girls.

You aint got a clue, you come from a rogue state, you have not signed up to
half of the human rights laws so you can treat people like scum, your greedy
