Matthews is a smart guy and passionate in his beliefs. He's a
progressive but he's not afraid to speak up about problems in his own
party.
A lot of people don't like him because he's a blabber mouth and often
rudely interrupts the guests on his show. I think it's more likely
that his brain is going at twice the speed of his mouth.

I got a kick out of him when MSNBC announced the return of Ed Shultz to
daily programming .... in "Hardball's" time slot at 5 pm.
"Hardball" was moved to 7 pm. Matthews was practically begging his
viewers to still watch him during his shows the week before Big Ed's
return. I think he feels that MSNBC is eventually going to show him the
door.





It was a long version of "the President didn't know".... Even though
common sense and a look at the Whitehouse guest list would suggest
differently....
