ballast. UTV News confirms oil transfer not started yet.

Serious storm warnings for tonight/tomorrow will delay transfer until at
least Wednesday/Thursday.

Laughed at the local councillor who complained, on TV, that he had not been
briefed on the situation. Obviously he not as important as he thought. Alex
Attwood is keeping his eye on situation - wonder what he will say if
anything goes wrong. It just might encourage Doctor McDonnel to replace him
right away.
