the government is guilty of buy Chinese also. The new Oakland-San Francisco
Bay bridge is being built with Chinese Steel, Chinese manufactured decking
sections, Chinese made uprights.

So, the gov't is supposed to go with the high bid?

He'd be screaming about how the unions have the bid system wired,
forcing the US taxpayer to pay inflated prices.
