cdns working in us marine industry
If you have a Bachelors D you can get a Management Consultant Visa. I'm in
SW Florida and am consulting for an Arch. firm setting up a contracting
division for the company and real-estate investment and development branch.
You have to use a lawyer that knows their stuff and it should cost you
around $4,000 Cn
Mine guaranties results if they take you on but you have to have the
credentials. Where are you located, Toronto?

Hi, I am a canadian working in the recreational boating industry
(building,
maintaining sailboats etc). I have a potential job offer from a company
in
south florida who may be willing to go through the process of hiring me.
I am wondering if any one knew, are there any options besides the labor
certification-IN petition-visa process? If not, any advice on how to
maximize the chances of it all being approved?
We need to keep things legal.
Thanks
