About 18 miles to the boatyard in Deale,

My dock is 60 feet from my back door. The end of the "no wake" is
about a half mile and the Gulf is about 15 minutes away from there
with plenty of scenic boating in between. There is a pretty much
deserted beach right there too. Even right now, in the middle of
spring break, you can have several hundred feet to yourself and we
consider that crowded.


We don't mind the presence of other boaters or other people on the beach.
