Dick has always been somewhat of a bully, even the rich and successful
suffer inferiority complexes sometimes... it's more of a mental illness
really from what I can tell.
It is said that a man can be judged by the friends he keeps and those he
associates with. With that in mind I consider it a great compliment
that you and your brother in kind ("slammer") consider me with disdain
and/or dislike.
