Traffic above Lock 2 - Sea Eagle II and Raba Lock 2 2014-0711 IMG_5200.jpg

The tug Sea Egale II has pushed the barge St Marys Cement II out of
Lock 2 of the Welland Canal. Raba is creeping along the wall to enter
the lock. Sea Eagle II is upbound headed towards Lake Erie, and Raba
is downbound towards Lake Ontario and eventually the Atlantic Ocean.
