Default Potential hazard on the Barle

In case anyone is thinking about paddling the Barle in the near future, be
aware that somebody has cut quite a lot of trees just above the Salmon Steps
weir, i.e. not far downstream from Dulverton.

They are saplings up to 20 feet tall, and they have been dropped in the
river.

So firstly, they will be tricky to negotiate in higher water levels, such as
might be found next weekend, and secondly are quite likely to end up stuck
in the weir.

Our trip organiser from last weekend was contacting the river advisor, and I
expect the Environent Agency to be told as well.
