Default What do you say at a Sailors funeral?

Saw a show about the Edmund Fitzgerald. Really sad when they
ring the bell.

For whom the bell tolls

That's a Rob't Louis Stevenson poem. He wrote it a few days

before he
died himself.

One of his men was killed, and John last respects was "Home

UNDER the wide and starry sky
Dig the grave and let me lie:
Glad did I live and gladly die,
And I laid me down with a will.

This be the verse you 'grave for me:

Here he lies where he long'd to be;
Home is the sailor, home from the sea,
And the hunter home from the hill.

Seems always hard to find fitting words for a sailors eulegy.

Know any better?
